The Canadian Coalition for Global Health Research is hosting its 2nd annual McMaster-Brock Global Health Research Forum on March 22 and 23, 2012.
The research forum is being held at McMaster Innovation Park and the iteration of the event promises to be very strong, starting with keynote speaker, Dr. Jeffrey Reading, Director, Center for Aboriginal Health Research, University of Victoria, B.C., who will be speaking on "Canada's Role in Global Health Research" on March 22nd.
Our aim is to provide students with an opportunity to engage in some dialogue related to key themes such as South/North partnerships, Knowledge Translation, Mentorship and Leadership, Effective Networking, and Careers in Global health. During the two-day event, students will be presenting a poster display of their respective projects and will also mingle and interact with faculty and peers involved in global health research.
