Learning Events
Interest in global health research and development is growing considerably around Canada and abroad. Graduate training programs, medical electives and residencies and new research funding streams are all aimed at increasing the capacity of young leaders to engage in research and development from a global health perspective. In response to this growing demand, the Canadian Coalition for Global Health Research (CCGHR) began hosting an annual global health research learning event.
Annual Learning Forums on Global Health Research
Since its inception in 2003, the CCGHR has invested in capacity development as a main approach to achieving these goals. The Annual Global Health Research Learning Forum is the Coalition’s newest capacity-building event.
