Description:
The Centre for Aboriginal Health Research is an Aboriginal Capacity and Development Research Environment, funded by CIHR. This program provides funding to undergraduate students to participate in an internship program that allows them to develop and carry out a research project.

Eligibility:
- You must be enrolled in an undergraduate university program full-time
- You may not be employed at another full-time position during the internship
- Priority will be given to Aboriginal students
Specific focus on global health research?
The focus of this program is Aboriginal health research.
Application Process:
You must complete and submit an application form (this can be found on the Summer Internship Award Application page, the link for which is given below), and include the following documents: summary of personal, academic and career goals; summary of proposed project (if you are going to be developing your own project), summary of research interests (if you would like to be assigned a research project), proof of registration in a post-secondary program of study, academic transcripts, CV, and two letters of reference.
