Application Process:

Request for Proposals:
Occasionally, the Foundation issues Requests for Proposals (RFPs), which will be listed on its website. Each RFP will have its own guidelines and deadlines that you will be able to access with the rest of the Request information

Letter of Inquiry:
If there is a project you’re interested in conducting that does not fall under an RFP that is currently being offered, you may submit a Letter of Inquiry (including an application form) to the Foundation. The instructions for this are outlined on the website; please see the Link below. If the Foundation feels that your proposed project is a good match with their objectives and values, you will be asked to submit a full proposal.

The foundation accepts Letters of Inquiry in:

  1. Priority Diseases and Conditions (see Notes below)
  2. Other Health Conditions (see Notes below)
  3. Critical Enabling Strategies: efforts to mobilize new global health resources, build awareness of issues, strengthen leadership, improve collection and use of data and evidence for decision-making, improve delivery of and demand for key products and interventions

Deadline:
LOIs are accepted at any time. RFPs each have their own deadline for responses.
